Wrap your arms around your precious shoulders and upper back. Yes, our back who continues to support us day in and day out. One of our main life force of energy flows through our hands. When we hug our self, we are sending that purifying energy through our shoulders into our back. Our back is our support system, so lets give back to ourselves. We can do this in private if that make it easier. Personally, I don't care and would hug myself any place or anytime. Thank you for hugging yourself. Pass the message on. This is important in our healing.

You are lifting your own energetic vibration field.
You are attracting more positive outcomes daily.
Ask yourself each day when you hug, What would someone that loved themselves do?
