Have you hugged yourself today?

Wrap your arms around your precious shoulders and upper back. Yes, our back who continues to support us day in and day out. One of our main life force of energy flows through our hands. When we hug our self, we are sending that purifying energy through our shoulders into our back. Our back is our support system, so lets give back to ourselves. We can do this in private if that make it easier. Personally, I don't care and would hug myself any place or anytime. Thank you for hugging yourself. Pass the message on. This is important in our healing.

BENEFITS FOR HUGGING YOURSELF DAILY:
Releases endorphins immediately.
Boost self confidence.
Helps with emotional support.
Allows you to be self reliant.
Helps lift your spirits.
You may reach to other people to do the same!
You can always do in the shower when no ones looking if you're shy.
Alleviate stress gradually. (the more you do the better)
You Stretch your arms and shoulders in a way that is not normally stretched.
You are adding light and love to our world.
You are lifting your own energetic vibration field.
You are attracting more positive outcomes daily.
Ask yourself each day when you hug, What would someone that loved themselves do?
